PVC Pipe Extrusion Line/PVC Pipe Production Line is mainly used in the production of plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thicknesses applied to the industries such as agricultural and constructional plumbing,cable laying,etc. This PVC Pipe Extrusion line is composed of twin screw extruder,vacuum calibration bath,haul off,cutter and tilting stacker,etc.Extruder uses conical screws which is helpful to plasticize.The feeding device and screw driving device adopt frequency control which can realize synchronous speed.Stainless steel case of vacuum calibration bath is equipped with vacuum system and water circulation system for calibration and cooling.Haul off is also frequency control,continuously and automatically running.Cutting process is worked by electric and pneumatic drive,it has dust collection device.The action of tilting stacker is pneumatic control by cylinder.The whole line is of stable and reliable performance,high production efficiency.Our company can also manufacture special pipe production lines,e.g. spiral silencing pipe and core foaming pipe according to customer requirements.
