This extrusion line is mainly used in the continuous production of PP and PC hollow grid plates. The products are widely applied to building decoration, advertising, highway noise, sound insulation and packaging. The main machine of extruder uses double shearing section of screw design, the feeding stage is through water, so that the plasticizing effect is excellent and extruding efficiency is high. Non-stop quick screen changer is equipped with hydraulic station, the filter plate is pushed by hydraulic with no needs of machine stopping, which improve the production efficiency and reduce the waste happen. Mold is made of high quality of alloy steel, with high activity of the throttle device, making the material flow speed and the melt distribution more uniform. The haul off unit adopts multi roller traction, and the trimming device has the slitting function. The cutting unit adopts pneumatic clamping, automatic selected length and pneumatic cutting. It is of high automation and convenient operation.
