Techno Machinery recently manufactured Two PVC Pulverizers and shipped to Nigerial.
The customer mainly produce PVC pipe and will use these two pulverizers to pulverize the waste pvc pipe granules or other waste PVC products granules into powder again. The fine grinded powder can be remix with the new PVC resin and other additives to make new formulation PVC Pipe.
The PVC pulverizer is an ideal necessary recycle equipment for PVC products industry.
The SMW-500 PVC Pulverizer capacity is around 150-200kg/h depends on the caco3 ratio of the material
The SMW-800 PVC Pulverizer capacity is around 350-500kg/h depends on the caco3 ratio of the material
The SMW-800 PVC Pulverizer is equipped with one DTC-1000 Screw Feeder due to it's height of the machine. The screw feeder will feed the raw material into the pulverizer hopper. Also there's a material level sensor installed on the pulverizer hopper wall, when the raw material reaches the hopper sensor, the feeding will automatically stopped. Thus realize the whole system automation.
